the user(s) have to be local admin so they can install software. domain admins have that right, normal domain users not. an example how to do add domain users/groups as local admin can be found here:

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/7833.how-to-make-a-domain-user-the-local-administrator-for-all-pcs.aspx

keep in mind that this is a security risk however, so be sure you really want them to be able to install software rather then doply it as domain admin or via another solution.

Hi,

It is because the permission issues. The domain administrator has full rights he can install software where as a user has no rights. Please give the user domain admin rights after that he can install software. Please dont forget to Mark as answer if your problem solve.

you can't install a program if you're not the administrator.

Or you can assign the domain user as part of the localgroup administrator so that particular domain user will be able to install any programs.

But i suggest don't allow any domain user to be a part of local admin, unless you want some headache along the way.

There are some few tools to install program remotely, if you're concern is not disturb the user when he or she is logon. Just search bing or google for this kind of tools.

Hi Trandao,

It is for safety concern that users without administrative right can't install programs.

As a workaround, we could use group policy to install programs remotely, here is the guide:
