How do I get all labels to show up on chart X axis?
Hi, I am currently building a report with a chart on it. Here is how it looks right now: https://skydrive.live.com/#!/?cid=550f681dad532637&sc=documents&uc=1&id=550F681DAD532637%211454!cid=550F681DAD532637&id=550F681DAD532637%2115214&sc=documents The problem is that the labels for most of the bars don't show up - the only ones visible here are "Multicast output 3", "Multicast output 7" and "Aggregate Output 1". I've tried various different ways to get all of the labels to show up (including rotating labels 90degrees) but nothing I have tried so far seems to work. Please can someone put me straight? thanks in advance Jamiehttp://sqlblog.com/blogs/jamie_thomson/ | @jamiet | About me

Hi Jamie, From your description, please refer to the steps to deal with this issue: 1. In the design surface, click the A-axis labels and then press F4. 2. In the Properties window, set the “LabelInterval” properties to “1”. Hi Jamie, I agree with you that provides the Axis Label Setting in the properties dialog. This makes designing a chart report very convenient. I recommend you that submit this suggestion at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/. Your feedback is valuable for us to improve our products and increase the level of service provided. Hi Jamie, In the Axis Properties dialog box, we can also set the “Interval” property to “1” so that show all category labels on the x-axis. Sorry for my mistake. For more information about Specify an Axis Interval, please refer to the article below: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb934284(v=sql.100).aspx Regards, Bin Long Forum Support If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.
