How do I assign anonymous access to core.css?
In addition to the above question, I think it look like I do not have permission for _styles/core.css , How do I assign anonymous access to core.css? I have edited CORE.CSS and now all this problem started. It asks on every page Username and password.

Could you please let me know how did you modify core.css? Is _styles/core.css a file system path? Could you please let me know the full path? You can find a system that works well to compare the file system security setting for core.css.

every user can access core.css if some style file is edited in designer, local changes may get lost after iisreset, if they would have been refferedc from file system.

I think i have misunderstood your question. you can enable anonymous access following procedure described in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263363(office.12).aspx. I don't think you need to do something special for core.css.

Hi I have alredy enabled anonymous access for a particular Survey. That document does not give any extra information about CORE.CSS I have UNGHOST core.CSS file by clicking one of the Syte Link in Desinger. When you CRTL + CLICK it leads you where that style sheet is, so in my case, It was a style from CORE.CSS and it put that CORE.CSS under _styles\CORE.CSS alternate solution to this problem what I am using right now is : I have to put this CORE.CSS under my SURVEY directory. And same for CALENDAR . but why I have to copy and paste on every LIST/SURVEY? Once you UNGHOST core.CSS is this only solution? Still some of the style does seems to working properly in CALENDAR as it was using THEME and I had to do the same for THEME.
