How can we create a rich/dynamic key account site within Share Point using CRM data ?

we are using crm to maintain key customer accounts. i want to create a site within share point where i can display dashboards and graphs by pulling data from CRM.
is it possible to do so ?how can i achieve it ? i just need to create a rich site where i can pull data from CRM and display it within share point portal. also how can i use yammer feed for the same ? it should look like the image below where you see all the information presented in rich format.

As your description, you want to show data from CRM into a SharePoint site. Is it right?

You can configure SharePoint BCS with CRM database, then create an External Content Type and external list to display the data in SharePoint.
