How can I tally in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0?
I would like to tally points for our employees. It's like if our employees are able to solve an issue, we tally a point to them. How would I do that in sharepoint? Specifically, WSS 3.0?

you can setup different KPI for different employees and make that KPI list count number of problems solve by every employee that would keep track of the tally points... hope this helps

WSS doesn't support KPIs (that's a MOSS Enterprise feature). I'd create a custom list and maybe add a new entry to the list every time they solve something.
