I want to implement windows appfabric in my Biztalk application 

Ques-1: Is it possible to implement Appfabric in my Biztalk application  , which are hosted in different environments ?
Ques-2: If yes then how can I implement in my application ?

Any help and suggestion will be appreciated.

Can you please let me know your requirement . You can always have on premise integration with BIzTalk and on Azure you can leverage Azure logic apps .
