Hi Jiniv,

As your description, my understanding is that you want to find which databases are connected to the working User Profile Service application. Is it right?

You can do as Central Administration->Application management->manage service applications, select your working User Profile Service application, not open manager profile services page, then select "Properties" under SERVICE APPLICATIONS, then you will see which profile database, synchronization database and social tagging database are connected to the user profile service application, like the screesnhot:

Hi Jiniv,

Please make sure you have selected User Profile Service Application, not User Profile Service Application Proxy, like the screeshot:

Hi

If you have access to server, you can use PowerShell to get all SharePoint databases in use-

Get-SPDatabase | Select Name

This command will display all SharePoint databases in use.

Hope it helps.
