Hi Nannuri, You can refer to the following article to create a slideshow web part: SharePoint Slideshow Web Part http://weblogs.asp.net/wesleybakker/archive/2008/12/16/sharepoint-slideshow-webpart.aspx If the steps above can’t achieve your goal, you can consider the following workaround. If you are a member of the Administrator or Web Designer site group or a site group with the Add and Customize Pages right on the site, follow this step by step guide on how you can manage a picture library & invoke slide show functionality natively - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointtechnology/HA011233351033.aspx. Hope this helps. Rock WangRock Wang MSFT

Hi Nannuri, Just jumping in here... A Powerpoint Presentation file (.pps) 2003 when saved in a document library and opened from a document library will open in its associated application - PowerPoint 2003 and a PowerPoint Presentation file (.ppsx) 2007 when opened from a document library will open it its associated application - PowerPoint 2007. Meaning, clicking on a Powerpoint PPS file in a document library will not by default run a slide show. You will have to carry out some local modifications to get this to work - take a look at this: http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00189.htm Hope this helps Geoff
