How can I attach a letter in PDF format to the end of a Report.
Hi, I'm afraid there is still no built-in feature for integreating a PDF file into a report in Reporting Services 2008. However, one possible is to embed a PDF in the report as an image. As an example, please refer to the article describes embedding a PDF document at the following like: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/reporting-services/RS08EmbeddingPDFDocument.aspx Thanks, Tony ChainTony Chain [MSFT] MSDN Community Support | Feedback to us Get or Request Code Sample from Microsoft Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.

That is kind of what I ended up doing. I took a screenshot of the PDF, cropped it up in Paint and then embedded the image into the report and used an image control to display it. It works for a one page PDF. Thanks for the article.

I have a letter that needs to go out with every report. The report is landscape and the letter is in portrait. Back in SQL server 2000 days I ahd to take all the text from the letter and each line into a textbox with the property writing mode set to vertical. Well the letter has been updated and I am hoping by now SQL Server 2008 has a better way of integrating a PDF file into a report to be printed off at the same time after the last page of the report?
