How Share Point application connects to SQL Server?
Hi, Could you please clarify me the below: How Share Point connects to SQL Server ? 1. Using SQL Native client? 2. The ADO.net 2.0 Data Provider? 3. The JDBC 1.1 Driver for SQL Server? In our case, we created a domain account abc\MossAdmin and granted dbcreator & securityadmin role in SQL Server and then the Share Point administrator used this domain account to install and configure Share Point. I mean, used this domain account to connect to SQL Server instance. So in this case, how Share Point is connecting SQL Server? (Which one of the above three options)? Thanks
