How Do I Prepare a Process Document/Usage Specification Document for MOSS 2007
Hi All, I have just finished a MOSS 2007 Project and the client has requested for a Process Document that describes what can be done by who and usage specification for all the Portlets (webparts). I am confused on how to start doing this. If anyone has a template of such or know where I can get one, please help Thanks.

If you just search for a general document template, you could start with Templates - Microsoft Office Online. If you need to get usage document about Portlets, you may need to search in the internet, as this is not an out of the box web part.Sincerely, Lambert Qin Posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Please see if any of these Planning Worksheets guide you in coming up with your own document template. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262451(office.12).aspx Thanks & Regards, Kamlesh | Blog | Twitter | Posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Thanks alot Lambert and KSDN, I have looked at quite a number of materials out there and I still think I think to stare it clear what I want. I got this http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=162416. Joel Olsen's. Also, these two documents helped me to prepare the documents. http://www.ambassadorsolutions.com/thoughtleadership/Documents/Portal%20Governance%20Best%20Practices%20--%20Ambassador%20Solutions.pdf http://www.intranetfocus.com/governance/governance.pdf Thanks to you all!
