How to migrate Public-Folders e.g. (A few Gigabytes) in Exchange to SharePoint without using any third-party commercial tool?

Any PowerShell scripts or open source tool to share - Please ?

As said above, there is no open source available for such activities to achieve the goal.

As an alternative, You can have a look on LepideMigrator for Document (http://www.lepide.com/lepidemigratordocuments/ ) that lets you migrate files, folders, and Public Folder content along with their Meta data from File Servers and Exchange Server/Office 365 Public Folders to SharePoint, Office 365, and OneDrive for Business.
