Hotfix is still down. Any word on when this is going to be fixed. My support e-mail has gone unanswered for several days now. I see several other threads that are fairly old to this same issue. I was able to download the said file from a previous post, but require a current password to the file if one exists. Thoughts?

Yes I am able to get there, just as many people are. It's when you attempt to request the hotfix that it presents you to an error page. It has been like this for several weeks now for me, and I see reports of other people out there as well. So yes, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977384, this link is accessible. When you move to request the hotfix the agreement page pops up, hit agree, error page is presented. Try to repeat this on the same system after this immediately brings you to the error page when requesting instead of presenting the agreement page. D

Outages in the hotfix request system are regional in nature in my experience and that's why some can get the hotfixes and others cannot.
