Hi RobertLouis, Thanks for the link, it worked perfectly. One thing came into my mind, I would like to do the same for Security Groups and as a matter a fact, I tried it and worked nice. I started to think if I can make "Add Member"-button also visible in toolbar... I know that probably needs to be done using "CustomizedObjects.aspx" but as I'm not developer I really don't know what code should be put on that file to enable "Add Member"-button while not showing "New" and "Delete" -buttons. I don not think this is supported, you can create your own look and feel with RCDC but the buttons are within the portal framework. I you really want a customized page then you need to create your own site and communicate with the FIM webservice to show/alter information.Need realtime FIM synchronization? check out http://www.traxionsolutions.com/imsequencer
