How to hide SharePoint 2010 Survey Ribbon which Contains Respond to Survey,  Site Actions and Settings.. based on User Permission

Hello,

It's is already handle by sharepoint. If you give read right to user in survey list then "Respond to Survey" option will be hidden for user. Only contributor or above level rights can see that link.

Site action and site settings are not survey feature. So if you give read right to user at site level then site action and site settings will be hidden to that user.

Could you tell us your need if above solution does not works for you
