O.K. Its fine. According to your answer, it is compulsory to extend the active directory schema to manage site systems. My Question is "I do not want to extend the Schema, Whether I can manage my sccm without extending the schema?"

The answer is Yes, you can manage ConfigMgr. without extending the AD schema.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products

There are a lot of possible issues and the information you have provided are not enough to point you to a solution. Is the MP working (download ConfigMgr Toolkit V2 and use MP troubleshooter and test mplist/mpcert (see docs))? Check ccmexec.log, clientlocation.log and locationservices.log to start troubleshooting.
