Help with Project Server 2013 Reporting

I have a little bit of a messy Project Server set up.

The first thing my stakeholders are asking for a is a report on project slippage across all the projects. Unfortunately our group is not well trained in projects and have not created baselines.

Is there some report I can use that shows that project end dates are moving or slipping? This would be something they would want once a week to review.

Hi,

If you haven't saved any baseline, it is pretty difficult to track your project because you do not have any reference to compare with. I'd suggest to start training users about saving baselines. A simpler way to track delays could also be the remaining work before the current/status date.

Then about a weekly status report, the first step would to define with your stakeholders what do they want to track, what are the relevant KPIs for them. As a Project Server admin, you'll then have to choose how to create and expose the report: EXcel Services, Power BI, SSRS, .NET, OLAP Cubes....
