Headers are coming fine in PDF export while running from BID studio but not from Reporting server
Hi, I have SQL Server 2008 reporting services and Visual Studio 2008 Version 9.0.30729.4462 QFE. I drag-and-drop tablix and tablix has only 5 columns to display with 2 row groupings. I have set KeepTogether, KeepWithGroup and RepeatOnNewPage property from Advanced Mode menu to show static column Header, and 2 groups headers in each page. When I am running the report from BID studio and exporting in PDF I am getting all the herdes properly in each pages. Also when I am deploying it in report server and running from the report server the headers are displayed in each page but as I export in into PDF, headers are not coming in each page and some pages are skipped. I played around with it and checked if set to display the static column header and 1 row group header then it's coming fine even I run it from Reporting Server and export it into PDF. But as I set the KeepTogether, KeepWithGroup and RepeatOnNewPage to display at each page the problem starts and doesnot show headers in exported PDF file. The SQL server is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 - 10.50.4000.0 (I believe it contains the latest patchs) Can anybody pls. help?

Hi Parthapal1999, If I understand correctly, your requirement is to repeat the column headers on each page. Are you using a matrix? If so, you can cancel the settings on KeepWithGroup, KeepTogether, and RepeatOnNewPage. Then, select the tablix properties dialog box and set the RepeatColumnHeaders property to True from the tablix Properties pane. If you use a table rather than a matrix, enable the Advanced Mode of the Grouping pane, and set the RepeatOnNewPage property of correct static member to true is okay.
