Having issues with Management Agents Connections after upgrading to FIM 2010 RTM
Yesterday I had to upgrade a test instance we are running of FIM 2010. We were running RC1, the trial time ran out so I had to uninstall and then install the RTM version. I was able to make sure I had all configs and keys exported before this took place.
I also kept the FIMSynchronizationService DB in place (on the same server). I made a back up of the DB before all of this took place. The upgrade went smooth, I now have the following issues...
MA 1 connects to an Iplanet directory, I now get this error when trying to run the MA "Unknown Server Version Sun-Java(tm)-System-Directory/6.3.1 B2008.1121.0156" I have checked and have the proper version in the reg setting for this.
MA 2 connects to an active directory environment, I now get this error when trying to run the MA " No-Start-Credentials" I have reset the service account password for this MA and typed it in but it does not seem to work, not sure if this password gets cached
or anything like that.
Any advice would be great...
Thanks
Joe
