Folks, I'm struggling to get monitor details for systems. I gone through below link which worked well for few machines only, not for all systems. For 30% systems it is giving me the proper serial no details but for remaining 70% systems its giving "16843009" this output under "monitor serial" no details. Please help here, i'm attaching snapshot of my report as well.

I found a blog, assume you have followed directions like that.

Do you have VMs?

Have you verified these records in database?

Have you checked WMI class on client side?

Yes My Servers are in VM.

Note, VMs and display-less computers obviously dont work.
