HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found
Hi,
You can check if ASP.net 2.0 was set to prohibit in IIS manager. If it's so, please set it to Allow. You can check this following these steps:
On each front-end Web server, click Start, point to
Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
In the left-hand pane, click the plus sign (+) next to the local computer and then click the
Web Service Extensions node.
Thanks,

Hi,
Let me know:
1. If you browse from within the server are you able to access it?
2. Have you tried system pages like _layouts/viewlsts.aspx?
3. Can you access other sites hosted in same server from same client machine?
4. Is it limited to only one machine or all other machines in network?
Thanks, Rahul Rashu
