When running a SCCM 2012 OSD Task Sequence deployment to a PC, on the step apply operating system show error task sequence has failed with error code 0x80070002. This problems only on the  PC HP DX 7400, on the other models PC work perfect. I add network driver to the winpe but it did not help.

If you press F8 and do ipconfig, do you have a valid IP address at this stage? (assuming you do since you got to this point).

When I press F8 and ipconfig, I don't have valid IP, and when ping fqdn, dns see transmit failed. That's why I think problem in network drivers in winpe.

You could try loading the drivers at this stage to check they are correct. Put them on a memory stick, then run drvload <path to inf file>

Then check if you can get an IP.

Problems in winpe 4.0. I create ISO winpe3.0 and winpe4.0. When i download winpe3.0 and ipconfig, ping - all correct, but when i download from winpe4.0 it can't ping dhcp, fqdn. But now next problem, how i can add winpe3.0 to SCCM2012. SCCM 2012 note suported winpe3

I created winpe 4.0 and add drivers for broadcom for windows8/2012, but it didn't help. I try delude SCCM and exchange package winpe4.wim to winpe3.1.wim in folder remoteinstall but it did't help, SCCM download winpe4

What you did is just wrong.

You should import WP31 to ConfigMgr and change the used boot image from the properties of your task sequence.
