HOW TO CONVERT 64-bit MSMDPUMP.dll to 32-bit - Cannot find it anywhere

I am having trouble running http access to analysis server. IIS is running in 32 bit mode and it seems MSMDPUMP.dll file that we have is 64 bit (since error is %1 is not a valid win32 application). I have read it many places where people were able to convert it to 32 bit mode and it ran fine but nobody mentions how to convert this dll to 32 bit or where can we download it from? On production server, sql server 2005 only has 64 bit installed. pls help. Spent hours looking into this but no solution yet.

Hello,

You're going to have to either get the 32-bit DLL from a 32-bit SQL install or, if technically possible for HTTP OLAP access, change IIS to64-bit mode.

Hi Joey,

I have IIS 6 in 64 bit; my SQL Server and msmdPump.dll is in 32 bits.   I keep getting the error "error is %1 is not a valid win32 application"  upon http://<servrname>/olap/msmdpump.dll.

1. Is there anywhere I can download msmdPump.dll in 64 bits?

2. Is there a way to run 32-bit msmdPump.dll in 64-bit IIS6?

Thanks

MyC.
