HELP! My windows 10 is unusable since build 10074 was announced! I couldn't open any modern ui apps including setting, start, action center, search, etc. i tried to use the appxmanifest and it doesn't work, says has a newer version. but when i try to install the 10074, this happens. Is it done for?
