Group headers of the main report are not repeating when used with subreports
Hi all, I have a SQL server 2008 report which has a main report and 2 subreports embedded. Each of the subreports are placed under a main group and the group headers of the main header are made to repeat with RONP property and Keep together properties set to true. If the subreport's data fits in one page the group headers are repeated. But when the subreport's data spans to more than one page the group headrs of the main report are not repeated. Please let me know if there is a workaround to achieve the same. I have tried putting the group headers in the page header, but this approach does not work fine. Please let me know if this can be achieved using coding. Thanks, Ram

Hi Ram, Putting the content of the group header to page header is the choice in your case. Please let us know why it desn't work, and explain more details about the report. thanks, Jerry

Jerry, I'm having the same issue as Ram. I'm using SSRS 2008 (don't have R2 yet), and have tried for days to get the group header to repeat but fails when subreport data spans to more than one page. Can you explain in more detail on what you meant by "putting the content of the group header to page header". Thank you.
