We use just SharePoint Workspace  as a tool for tracking our tasks and set our internal calendar on it. we have not any SharePoint site or any server.

Microsoft SharePoint Workspace 2010 is already installed on our computers underneath Microsoft Office 2010, so I thought it would be good to have a Groove Workspace as a collaborating tool and it could help us to track our team workloads.

We setup a new list for our Task Tracking purpose and we use it near 1 year. but recently we have an issue which is our Groove Workspace  is temporarily paused on one computer and I cannot resume it. I also don't know the cause of it.

Could you please help me.

But it doesn't help

I have not any sites, I have just 2 Groove Workspace, One of them has that issue ( paused and doesn't working) , other one works very well.

any idea please !!

Hi gmansouri- Reema is on the right track. It doesn't matter if you don't have any sites, it's an issue with Groove on the user's computer, not SharePoint. Here's another link with more information:

I work for big company, an obviously we can not install or uninstall, or even  create an account on our computer. 

so it should be more complicated than I think, I afraid if I create new WS I lost our data!
