I have had this error with the groove.exe also. I have tried several repairs I have tried doing the command prompt and it says C:\programs is not a recognized command. I have tried the online repairs and quick repairs and it keeps creeping back up.

I use Microsoft office 365 64-bit for school and so I have needed to spend more time on my homework then these errors.

this error has prevented programs from opening. and after trying to exit the error it just opens back up again no matter how many times I try to exit the error.

Can I please get help with this. I have re-installed office again.

Hi ingenuities,

Thanks for posting in MSDN forum.

This forum is for developers discussing developing issue about apps for Office.

Since the issue is more relative to the end-user, I would suggest that you reopen a new thread in Microsoft Office 365 Community - Office applications forum to get more effective response.

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

Thanks for your understanding.

Regards & Fei
