Granular permission on folder level
Created a subsite created folders items and store under Document Now how to acheive the following requirement userb - access only to the folder items under documnet, delete or edit the files inside the folder should not have permission to delete the folder 'items' userc - access only to the folder store under documnet, delete or edit the files inside the folder should not have permission to delete the folder 'store' usera - access to the foldere store and items under documnet, delete or edit the files inside the folder permission to delete the folder 'store' or 'items' create new folder under document

To create granular permissions at folder level/list level,you'll have to break inheritance from the parent site 1. You'll have to configure permission levels based on a)the levels available and b)your folder structure and desired access preveliges 2. Browse to the document library ->Settings-> Permissions for this document library (under Permissions and management) > Actions>Edit perimissions. This is where you break inheritance from parent and add custom levels. 3. Add user a, b & c with the permission level you configured in step 1. Refer this article for detailed steps. Thanks, GeeVed
