In SharePoint Online, I'd like to be able to give our Help Desk staff access to all Site Collections/Sites in our tenant. I could add them as Site Collection Admins individually (about 6 users), but this would be laborious to maintain, and would provide them more access than needed. Is there a way to create a group, add those users to the group, and give the group View to the entire Site Collection and all sites within that collection?
