We deployed august month patches to Pilot group on Friday of this month.

one user got experienced that "unable to start the bluetooth stack service"

one more user got error like "Alps_setmouse monitor error!!.

Please suggest us to because of which patch this was happen.

You could deploy the sama patches to a VM and start removing them one by one and falling back to snapshot with all installe after each uninstall. Or contact Microsoft support straightly.

Did you find a event in the event log Windows ?

The best way to find the update doing this glitch is to do what Narcoticoo say I think. If you find the update, you can exlucde it from your SCCM.
