Getting an error message in Windows 7 Professional after restarting the system.

Hi Support,

I am using Windows 7 Professional operating system (64 bit).The issue is that after re-starting the system,i am getting the above error.

The screenshots are attached for your reference.

Please let me know the root cause of the issue and require your support to fix the issue.

Could be a software conflict. Perform a clean boot, and see if it helps

Check the title "How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting" for reverting to normal mode.

Thanks for your reply.As per your instructions,i have done the clean boot in the system.

After clen boot trouble shooting also ,we are getting the same error as attached the screenshot in the earlier post.

Looking forward for your reply to proceed further to fix the issue.

You can use Freefixer to get rid of this specific message. See instructions here:

As a general tip I would also run an antivirus and malware/adware scan :)
