Getting Error message when using Subscription in SSRS 2008
Hi,
Below error message i am getting while trying susbcription.
"Failure sending mail: At least one of the From or Sender fields is required, and neither was found. Mail will not be resent."
Although i have set email addresess for from and to properly in reporting service configuration and subscription.I am using remote SMTP here.
Could anyone help me out here.

Make sure whether you specify an alias instead of a full e-mail address for the sender of the e-mail subscriptions . When the report server tries to deliver a report as
a part of the e-mail subscriptions, you receive this error message.

Thanks for your posting.
According to the RSreportserver.config file you posted, it seems that the sender e-mail address is not a full e-mail address indeed. The email address format should be like email-acount@<HostName>.
Based on your config file, you can try the
email-account@Webmail.nagarro.com or Webmail@nagarro.com.

I had tried by giving full email adress and allias as well but it doesnot work.Below is the email configuration which i am using.Could you please help me what setting wrong i am providing here.
