Trying to see the configuration of NTP on w2k8 R2 server.  At command prompt, ran

w32tm /query /computer:mydomaincontroller /peers <enter>

and got

The following error occurred: the RPC server is unavailable. (0x800706ba)

Same error querying for /status

I am running this at an elevated command prompt on mydomaincontroller.

Any suggestions?
