Skype for business was Lync/is an update to Lync which is part of Microsoft Office. Due to this the naming conventions of the software install/uninstall may say "Skype for Business" or "Lync".I have a big headache on how to find the computers with/without SFB installed. I need a SQL query and the app is not seen in ARP.

So what you are saying is that is does in fact show up in ARP as either Lync or SFB. As such why can't you then query for either software title and get a list of who has it?
Why can't you do something like this?
select * from dbo.v_Add_Remove_Programs ARP Where ( ARP.DisplayName0 like '%Lync%' and ARP.ResourceID in ( Select ARP.ResourceID from dbo.v_Add_Remove_Programs ARP Where ARP.displayname0 like 'Update for Skype for Business 2015 (KB2889853)%') )
