Hi There I could not really understand your problem actually and what you are trying to achieve but I will suggest you please put a rectangle inside your report and cut these table and your pie chart and paste inside your rectangle and try to align your footer with the rectangle Please let me know if you have any questions and if I misunderstood your question Many thanks Syed Qazafi Anjum Please click "Mark as Answer" if this resolves your problem or "Vote as Helpful" if you find it helpful

Hi Revathi_M, From your description, it seems that there is a big gap between the values in the Page Footer and the data in the report body when exporting the report to PDF format via ReportViewer control, right? If I have something misunderstood, please feel free to correct me. In Reporting Services, a report can contain a page header and page footer that run along the top and bottom of each page respectively. The PDF renderer is a physical page renderer and, therefore, has rendering behavior that differs from other renderers such as HTML. When we export a report to PDF format, the page header and page footer are rendered along the top and bottom of each page. To understand report layout and physical page better, please see: Understanding Pagination in Reporting ServicesAdding Page Headers and Footers If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. Hi Revathi_M, Thanks for your posting. According to your feedback, the issue sometimes occurs when viewing the report in the ReportViewer control. At this time, I suggest that you place the table and the pie chart in a table. Please refer to the steps below: Drag a table to the Design surface, delete the detail row and the third column.Resize the new table, drag the pie chart to the second column of the table.Drag a rectangle control to the first column of the table, and then drag the original table to the rectangle. The report design structure looks like: Hope this helps. Regards, Mike Yin
