GUID question
In my ccmexec.log I have Raising event: instance of CCM_CcmHttp_Status {ClientID = "GUID:642B21AB-54F1-4212-B258-93270C53FA3E"; How do I identify which deployment is this by the GUID? and two, it has this for several lines. Is something wrong? I don't see the icon in the notification tray for updates applied. Should it be there if it raises an event such as this?

If i am correct you are referring to the Software Updates feature and at the client end... You need to look other logs like below... ScanAgent.log UpdatesHandler.log UpdatesStore.log UpdatesDeployment.log UpdatesDeployment.log c:\WINDOWS\WindowsUpdate.log This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, and confers no rights. |Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. If I'm not wrong the GUID mentioned above is Client GUID. Please confirm the same from clientidmanager.log. You need to do the analysis of the log file to find out the details about the event.
