GPT disk in Task Sequence
hi, I want to use GPT with UEFI-BIOS , but I am not able to partition disk with Task Sequence, it gives an error. Does anyone knows how to do it? Is it possible using SCCM 2007 Sp2 r2? If it is possible what are the configuration? I checked this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd744271(WS.10).aspx but it was not helpfull

Can you select GPT on the properties page? It's under 'disk type' pull down menu. Also, take a look at this thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/mdt/thread/a6679550-a343-463c-9301-1bf9706ad9af/

For UEFI support, to my knowledge, you need WinPE 3.1. http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=5188 http://blogs.technet.com/b/gastori/archive/2011/06/04/configure-sccm-after-update-to-winpe-3-1.aspxJason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | Twitter @JasonSandys
