Dear All, I have a problem when try to sync GAL. My Environment test: There 2 forest, contoso.com and fabrikam.com. In contoso.com, was Exchange 2003 co-exist Exchange 2010 and FIM Sync Server. I create Management Agent GAL Sync. after that Run Full import profile(result successfully), and then Full Sync profile, but the result completed-sync error, error extension-dll-exception. error : Microsoft.metadirectoryservices.missingparentobjectexception:object "CN=xxx,OU=Gal,DC=xxx,DC=xxx" does not have a parent object in management agent "name MA" at microsoftmetadirectoryservices.galsync.mvsynchronizer.addorrenamconnector(connectedMA& MA, GALMA& MAConfig, MVEntry mventry, CSEntry csentry) at Microsoft.metadirectoryServices.Galsync.MVSynchronizer.provisio(MVEntry mventry). dear Bro, I have run full import bro.. and the result is success, but when run full sync the result completed-syn error. I think because there was user that still have mailbox in exchange 2003, its not happen in exchange 2010. Any idea bro? thanks

Endrik, the error: Microsoft.metadirectoryservices.missingparentobjectexception:object "CN=xxx,OU=Gal,DC=xxx,DC=xxx" Does it states DC=Contoso,Dc=COm or DC=Fabrikam,DC=COM? Which MA's do you have configured? For which AD's? Which profiles on which MA's have you ran? More detailed information would help us understand your situation better.http://setspn.blogspot.com

Dear Bro, I have resolve this issue. First I delete all connector space. On the Configure GAL, i click the check box the Specify an administrative group blabla with Exchange 5.5 and AD connector Environment, on the Edit I change the organization exchange. and Uncheck the check box Support cross forest delegation (exchagne 2007 or 2010 only). Run Procedure fullimport, full sync, export, and delta import. The result is success. Thanks bro
