Hi, In MOSS 2007 we have a site collection that does not allow the owners to edit pages. There is no broken inheritance in the permissions, and when a user clicks "Site Actions menu they cannot see Edit page option . but a as s sitecollection administrator able to see edit page .please help me out on this issue .
