I have exactly the same problem as NERIC Katrina, where I am trying to edit a Image Web Part on my site. The web part is frozen, and I am unable to edit it and receive and error when I select the X or the 'edit' link. I took the advice of Geoff Evelyn, but appending ?contents=1 to my site address does nothing. I also tried idrShare's advice by using Mozilla to edit the page, but the site is CaC-restricted and I cannot access it with Mozilla. Any advice? Thank you, Patricia

HI, What is the error you are getting? What exactly happens when you add ?Contents=1 in your mysite URL? Is it not taking you to web part mainatainance page? Thanks, Rahul Rashu
