Fresh Installation of ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1

Hello All.

I don't have any version of SCCM in my environment currently. I want to deploy SCCM 2012 R2 with SP1.

I'm unable to find any setup of SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 on the VLSC site.

When I searched, I found that first I will need to install SCCM 2012 (non-R2) SP2, then I will have to run the setup of SCCM 2012 R2 SP1.

Is the direct/complete installation setup of SCCM 2012 R2 not available on VLSC site.

I have downloaded the SC2012_SP2_Configmgr_SCEP.exe from VLSC, but unable to find the setup SC2012_R2_SP1_Configmgr.exe.

Please help and guide me.

Many thanks.

Regards,

Do you have the right to the R2 version it's not free. You can get the R2 file from the Technet Evaluation Center with  out any issue as long as you have a valid Key for it.

Good post here about the files :http://blog.configmgrftw.com/service-pack-madness/

Also make sure you get the CU1 installed and also get this hotfix :https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3084586

Can't we have a single ISO of SC 2012 R2 ConfigMgr SP1.

I am looking for 1 single installation setup of SCCM 2012 R2 with SP1, as in the other products of Microsoft.

Use SP2 to install CM 2012 SP2 from scratch and turn it to R2SP1 using the installer Jason mentioned.

Said another way, this *is* a single installation. The R2 "installer" isn't really an installer, it simply enables R2 features that only those entitled to R2 should have.
