Which version of SharePoint 2007 is free to use like SharePoint Foundation and support IE 6? We have decided to use SP Foundation initially but supported IE version is heigher then 7 which is not accepatble since we are not able to upgrade IE enterprise wide due to legecy application which doesn't support other then IE 6. I would appreciate if you mentioned download link also. Thanks,

The above link is for WSS V3 but its best to install the latest supported service pack included in the download for WSS V3, instead of install and patching.
