Hi jenfifi, Which section of code do you refer to? In my opinion, you need to use the web.config of your extended zone. This article show us how you can develop a custom membership and role provider, then use them in your MOSS or WSS 3.0. After you complete the simple ASP.NET application and have the forms logon page working correctly, your next step is to compile it and use it in Office SharePoint Server or Windows SharePoint Services. You can use the Web site project that is new with Visual Studio 2005 to create the Web application. Finally, you can refer to the following article, which provides very detailed steps. Ji Jen, I cant express to you enough that you will need to take a step by step approach with the document Rock provided and create a checklist. When you have another issue you should be able to tell Rock exactly where you left off so that he can follow along, and help you.. For Example instead of "i did the part 1 already now i'm trying to do the part 2." it would be better to say using the document and provide a link to the doc I completed part 1 and tested to be sure it worked and I started Part 2 step1 and need some help with part 2 on page 15... Also, if you do encounter an error be spefific as possible After completing step 2, I added a SQL User to the database and received the followeing error in the event log SQL EvenT ID 16804... I hope this helps Rocks a great guy he is out here day and night helping everyone and I am sure you guys will resolve your issue as well.. Cheers, -Ivan Have a Great Weekend!!
