Our production server is on MOSS 2007 RTM... (I know .. I know.. don't say it).. thing is, we are under strict orders not to touch that farm until August. Our Test Farm is on MOSS 2007 SP2. We have a production user who needs foriegn language packs installed into production ASAP. What are my options? I found this guide.
