I've taken over architecture for my divisions SharePoint organization. It was set up in a little too much haste. I know that forced entry to columns is possible when you set up the column but I can't seem to revise this. I want to edit the existing columns to require people to enter data into pre-existing empty cells. Unfortunately, I'm working with 2003. Any advise would be great. I really don't want to remake all of the columns!

Hi, I am not sure from the question exactly what you are trying to do; You should be able to just set the column as required and the next time the document is modified they will not be able to check in the document until the required fields are completed, -IvanIvan Sanders My LinkedIn Profile, My Blog, @iasanders.
