Once again this month, we used Intune to approve only the new updates that came out on Patch Tuesday.  We set approved, status = "required install", and put a deadline date of July 30th 2015.  Now we are receiving emails from massive numbers of users with screenshots showing forced reboots with no options.

I've included our settings.   Can anyone tell me how this is still happening?

Update and application detection frequency hours:  8

Automated or prompted installation of updates and applications:  prompt user for installation

Allow immediate installation of updates that do not interrupt Windows: No

Delay to restart after installation... : 30

Delay following windows restart to begin... : 5

Allow logged in user to control windows restart... : Yes

Prompt user to restart windows during Microsoft intune client agent mandatory updates:  yes

Microsoft intune client mandatory updates installation schedule is not configured.

Delay between prompts to restart windows after installation... : 235.

The settings above were all the settings from the screenshot.  Sounds like they're not even relevant.

Can you tell me what information I can provide you that can be useful in diagnosing the problem?

The screenshot sent by the users would be one thing I'd like to see.

I finally got screenshot to add. It seems like there must be some other policy or implicit rule somewhere that says that forced reboot will occur under certain conditions.
