I want to share folder having sub folders as well. I want to access everyone permission to all users in main folder and in the subfolders under the main folder i want to allow permission on certain users to access  their respective folders only.

My server is on domain having windows server 2008 standard edition 32 bit.

You could configure following permissions on the main foler. 

Give the full control permission to Everyone "This folder only" and give the full control permission to CREATOR OWNER "Subfolders and files only".

When a user access the mainfolder, the user can access their respective folders only.
