Hello, I have a Top Level site that throws this error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Cannot complete this action. Here is the thing. This only happens the first time I load the site. Once the error happens, I will click the browser to re-load the site and it comes up without a problem. This is also happening with Central Admin Site. The exact same thing. I load the site for the first time and I get the error. I refresh and it loads without a problem.. Specs: Windows 2003 enterprise server WSS - MOSS 2007 This is a strange problem as I said because the sites load fine on the refresh.
