Is it possible to find out details such as which account/user triggered the manual AD connector synchronization by SQL query or power shell.

As far as I know this is not possible. You could search OpsMgr event log for events with Id 3102 to find out when a connector was triggered manually. But this does not include any user information unfortunately.
