I have raised the maximum upload file size on my farm.

Files up to that new limit upload perfectly.

Files larger than the new limit fail to upload. But I am not seeing the error dialog that normally displays to tell you that the file is too large. When the upload fails, the upload screen blanks out so you can upload something else. The only sign that the file was too large occurs in the ULS Logs.

I know I have seen an error screen before.

Any ideas about how to get it back, or what might have made it not display?

Hi,

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to display error dialog once users upload file which is larger than the limit.

Please test in other site collections and other libraries and check whether the issue occurs.
